What is the difference between Classified program and the Affiliate program

CBclickbank provides a space for product or business advertisement to the users, for which it charges some fees towards server maintenance and administrative charges. The users who sign up with CBclickbank for product or business advertisement enroll themselves in the Classified Program.
The users who sign up in the Classified program by purchasing as Ad package are automatically get enrolled to the Affiliate Program. Through this program the existing users can refer to us Ads and earn commission over each referral.
Both the Classified program and Affiliate program runs through the same user account. One need not to subscribe differently for these two programs.
In other case, those who do not wish to submit Ads, but wish to join the Affiliate program as a business opportunity can register and make necessary payments to avail this opportunity. How will I receive my payments?

You can request payments any time subject to the fulfillment of following conditions
There are at least three direct referrals in your level one downline
Total earnings in your account is no less than $25.00
Total earnings in your account is no less than $100.00 (request by Check)
We normally process the check request within 10 days from the date of receipt.
